Brand new, less than a week, screen black

I'm so upset...have had less than a week, took off to change wrist band out and now the screen has gone dark. I've tried all the resets and just turning it back on but no go. It also is no longer syncing with my Fitbit app which makes sense if I can't get it to power back on. Suggestions?????

Hi, this was not obvious to me, cause you wrote I tried all restest. Sorry about that. Now just contact Customer Support about this unfortunate event.  They send you a DOA device.
