I just bought a brand new versa and fully charged it before setting it up. I went through the full set up and took it off of the charger and there is no display. I have held the power button and the lower right button to rest it several times. I also uninstalled and reinstalled my new versa twice already and that did not work. Very unhappy with the new purchase at this point.
