Brand new versa heart rate problems

I just bought a versa. It says my resting heart rate is 100. I have tried everything I have read in forums about resetting, turning the heart rate off and on, etc. Is there a solution that works? Or do I just return it?

Well 100 is high, but possible. What is your heart rate? Contact support (link in my signature) and see what they say about it.
