My new Versa started the breathing exercises while I was showering and I’d never used that part on it yet. I’ve only had it a few days! What gives? And also I haven’t took as many steps as it saying I have. One more thing it doesn’t restart the counting the next day am I not doing something?

 

Please help.

A warm welcome to the Community @Ams19.

 

Regarding the steps and the breathing feature, did you place the watch on a surface with a fan or something buzzing? If you did, that might be the reason why your Versa registered steps and started the breathing session.

 

Also, I would like to know if you are shutting off your Versa before going to bed? If you are, I recommend not doing this since it won't allow the watch to reset at midnight.

No it started the breathing exercises while I was in the shower with it on
my arm!
No no vibrations just air from my air conditioning may have been blowing on
it.
