Brightness is set to dim

The brightness is set to dim and I can’t change it on my screen.  I can’t find anywhere that lets me change it.

If you swipe left on your clock face to find your settings the first option in setting is to change the brightness. Tap that option until you find what works for you.

As well, if the swipe down on your clock face it you will see music note and beside it two icons that look like switches. There is a way to change it there but I can’t remember what the icon looks like
