So, I can't seem to charge my Versa. The screen comes on saying the battery is at 0, and I'll press it into the charging cradle. Sometimes it might charge, but recently it just isn't charging, no matter if I hold the versa down firmly into the cradle to see if contact is the issue. I've tried different outlets and USB ports. Is this a common issue? Is there a fix?
