The glass face of my watch started fall off.

There seem to be quite a lot of posts that report this problem. It appears that it is not repairable.

 

I would contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com They will be able to check your warranty status and advise on your options.

I have tried to bur due to Covid there email support is not available at this time.  The screen started to fall out.  It just got it about a month ago as my old one died.
