I have had my Fitbit Versa 4 for about 5 weeks. The watch body appears to have two protrusions with holes in them that hold the pin in place to attach the watchband to the body of the watch. One of these two protrusions broke in half and therefore the pin can no longer secure the watchband to the watch body. What is the solution to this problem other than to replace the watch?

try getting with customer support. There are no repairs for these devices.
here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.

@JTWaf You wrote Versa 4 in your post, then mention the pin watch band connector. The Versa 4 doesn't use the watch band with pins. It has a quick release connector. The pin watch bands are used on the Versa, Versa 2, and Versa Lite. You can contact Support for help. You wrote that you have owned your Fitbit for about five weeks. The Versa, Versa 2, and Versa Lite are all discontinued models. Support can only help you if you bought your Fitbit from an authorized retailer.
