Broken pin on brand new band

Good Afternoon Group

 

I am new to the Fitbit family, I got my new Fitbit two days ago and I am devastated as the pin has already broken off. 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about getting it fixed or replaced.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Let me share with you that at this moment we unfortunately do not offer pin replacements for Versa 2 wristbands, however, since your device is brand new and it came with 2 pairs of wristbands, you can use the pin of the other pair of bands on the one you're currently using. Please check this help article for instructions of how to change the wristband of your device to avoid any issue with the other pin.
