Broken versa - does not charge or connects to a device

Hi,

I have a versa that won't charge or turn on, just momentarily there is the fitbit logo on the screen(blue color). How do I fix this? Is there a place you recommend to go and get this fixed?

Hi @7JHS39  there are no repair centers for these devices. See if this article - click - can help you get it charged.

Same here, after multiple attempts at rebooting, once it came up with the logo but then nothing. Tried charging, nothing. Battery was fine prior to it shutting down. Was working until about 1pm and then done. Super frustrated!! It’s less than two years old.
