Using android 12, fully updated OnePlus 10T.
Versa 2.
used Fitbit with 2 bankcard before but had to reinstall phone and renew bank card.
Following bug can be reproduced multiple times :
- Fitbit fully synched
- add wallet.
- add supported Belfius and BNP bank card
- have to agree with general terms
- receive SMS : card has been added , if not use cardstop
At this time the interface does nothing.
A) waiting will result in timeout after 60seconds and the process is unsuccessfully finished.
B) not waiting but pressing back twice gets you to the wallet list where you see the bankcard which needs to be verified. Quickly tapping on the bankcard shows all the correct details. The card still needs verification (red button) then the app invites to send a SMS with a code. Tapping this sends the sms. Receive the sms and using the code in the sms appears to be working to enter.
However, in the end the process goes back and closes the window .
Finally no card is added and the wallet is blank as nothing happened.
Tried rebooting phone, killing app, etc. Nothing works.
Bank card is 100% working and allowed Fitbit payments. Belfius is in the list of supported banks.
Desperate. Help.
This is the entire reason I am keeping Fitbit: fitness AND payments (no phone) for less than 200eur...
