Built-In GPS on my Versa 3 isn't connecting

I've bought my new versa 3 and try to use for the first time.

GPS is not working. I've been looking at the word "GPS connecting" for a few hour.

I've tried almost all solutions on Internet and NO ONE works.

Reinstall the app, factory reset, disconnect wifi....

Anything I can do for the GPS problem?

I am using Samsung A71, Android 10.

I am SO DISAPPOINTED about the product!

I really sympathise. There’s no fix. When I go out it takes a long while to connect, especially if under trees, around tall buildings or if it’s a bit cloudy.

Honestly the worse watch I’ve had by far and customer service from FitBit has been shocking in my opinion.

If I had my time again I would return it and get a Garmin.

Yes with the very small antenna, the tracker gets a smaller signal, and the GPS signal has problems getting through heave cloud cover, trees, buildings, etc.

The size of the antenna is not very helpful.

Even with my phone, while on a walk, as I pass close to a wooded area, I find my recorded path will sometimes shift away from the woods.
