Burn on my wrist from my versa watch.

It was after wearing it for about 6 hours into my day. It had not been on charger for 2 days.  I had the watch for a few years now with no problems. Just want everyone to be aware. The only thing customer support wants to chat about is it getting hot while charging no matter how many way I tell them it was not on charge. Support is terrible.  I guess I will find a different brand now.

This past Monday my Fitbit Versa 2 burned the entire circumference of my wrist, which was oozing a yellow fluid.  One spot was bleeding. I stupidly put it on my other wrist and it started to burn it in the same way. I haven’t put it on since. I cancelled my subscription.  It’s totally unacceptable.
