I typically work out in the morning, bright an early, try to fit in a 45-60 minute workout (with cardio mixed in) each morning. By this point my Fitbit Versa 2 usually tells me I’ve burned a TON of calories. I then end up working all day (on my feet as a healthcare professional) but nothing super crazy. My Fitbit always tells me I’ve burned an insane amount of calories, and while trying to keep myself in a calorie deficit; it’s hard to know if the “calories burned” is accurate! Does anyone know if the calories burned is typically correct??
