Hi I’ve just completed week 2 of C25K using the app on my versa and the most it says I have done distance wise is 0.72kms? Surely this can’t be right?

I'm sorry to hear that your distance hasn't been properly registered by the C25K Trainer. This app must run in the foreground in order to have the distance recorded. If you have done it this way, I would recommend performing a restart to your Fitbit Versa by following these steps. Then, try again to record a run or walk.

Hi, I just wondered if this has been resolved. I’m on day 2 of using the app and a 3.5k route is tracking as 0.34km

Thanks, I’m thinking that’s the only way to get all the stats. It’s a shame because it’s handy having it on the watch. Did you keep your progress when you switched to the phone app?
