I can't find a way to change from Kg to pounds for weight.

Click Account icon near top right of phone app dashboard (looks like drivers license).

Scroll all the way down to 'Advanced Settings' > Units.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
