Calendar and email notifications are not coming through my Versa 2

I am unable to get my calendar and emails on my versa 2. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Cher1956 - if you are not getting notifications on your watch it can be you have Sleep or Do no disturb enabled.

To check, long press the button to get to Quick Settings (pull down on the watch face once and then again and click on the 2 white bars, if long press is reassigned).

The phone must also be nearby and syncing. See Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi there, @Cher1956. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. We're here to help you! 

As @Guy_ has recommended, please check if your Versa 2 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
