My wife and I got matching Versa Lites for Christmas. They have been great but it raised some concerns about my heart rate. My resting HR is in the mid 50s, and hers is in the mid 70s. My heart rate is consistently low and hers is consistently average.
Being concerned about my low HR, we tried switching watches and now I'm getting a resting heart rate in the mid 70s/low 80s and she is getting high 50s/low 60s.
What gives? How can we reset or recalibrate these so they're more accurate? The only difference between the watches is the serial number, otherwise they are both Versa Lites running firmware 38.70.7.14. Both purchased December 2019.
They've been great otherwise but the heart rate info is drastically different.

Just put them both on my left arm at the same time. A little bit different. See pic

Am I allowed to bump this? Does this need like warranty repair or something?

Did you ever figure out the issue? My is showing low rate in 50s as well and I’m pretty sure my rate is supposed to be higher. My Fitbit versa was also purchased at the end of 2019

I wonder if there is a way to recalibrate devices too. Except husband and I have the Charge 3 & 3 SE.
Thanks
