My Versa had been working perfectly for a few weeks, then I could t get notifications to go away. To try to fix this problem, I did a factory reset. This resolved the issue, however, now my Versa will not sync with Bluetooth. Every time I try to connect in the app, I get the notification “call notifications and all-day sync disabled”. This is after waiting roughly 10 minutes for the app to attempt to connect.
I have uninstalled the Fitbit app, shut down my phone, restarted and reinstalled, and reset my Versa, and nothing seems to be working. I have also made sure to try to pair via Bluetooth using the app, and not through the phone, as someone else has suggested on a previous post. Any help to clear up this frustration would be very appreciated.
