Hello @NessNess I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to Refresh Notifications for your Versa in the Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon
  2. Tap Notifications.
  3. Turn off all notifications
  4. Restart your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and turn notifications back on.

Then, check if the call notifications show you caller id and if you need anything else, please let us know.

@MarcoGFitbitthese steps did not work for me. Still displaying "phone" when a call comes in.

Android with the latest system update (Samsung Galaxy s8) and fitbit app is up to date.

Any other suggestions?

My Samsung phone recently updated to Pie and I had to reset app permissions in order to see the name of the incoming caller.

Hello @KEM30 thanks for joining the conversation, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. It's nice to see you as well @Eastcoastncgal . Thanks for taking the time to reply @NessNess, I'm very glad your issue has now been resolved.

@Eastcoastncgal as @KEM30 mentioned, you might need to reset the Fitbit app permissions in your phone. To do this, go to the phone Settings > Apps > Fitbit > Permissions and toggle off "Contacts", then restart your phone and toggle "Contacts" back on.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, give this a try and let us know the outcome.
