Hi ,

Call notifications are not working in my Asus Zenfone max pro M1 mobile. Thought I was able sync and  get all other notifications but call notifications are not getting in my fitbit versa. Can someone plz help.how to fix.

@Uday2495 welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the notifications issue that your Versa is experiencing, I'm afraid that the Asus Zenfone max pro M1 mobile is not listed in the supported devices list. This may be the reason why some features, in this case "Notifications", are not working.

 

However, I'd like you to give your vote to this Feature Suggestion which requests compatibility of this device. The more votes this request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers.
