I've just completed a workout, and the calories seem way too low!
My workout lasted 24 minutes. In that time, I used a rowing machine where I rowed 105 calories alone and then did several rounds of barbell weightlifting movements, HIIT style with little rest in between rowing and the barbell.
My total workout was estimated at 147 calories, and there's just no way. I was dying in that thing!
Are there any reasons or might estimate calories lower than normal or miscalculate?
Would it have anything to do with body fat percentage variations and muscular mass? I can only enter height and weight in the account info, but my weight said I'm overweight, where my body fat percentage says I'm really healthy, just have lots of muscle. Could this be estimating my metabolic rate too low or something?
