Calories Burned not calculating

Its 2:40 PM. I have 8800 steps. Yet my calories burned is only 900 my steps per hour dots aren't turning red. 

I have restarted my Versa. I have also completely turned it off and back on. I have also turned my phone off. Nothing is working.

Let me help you with your calorie calculation and hourly steps and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Please check your personal information as this is used to calculate your caloric burn on your account. You can read more about this here. Regarding the reminders to move, remove them, restart your device and add them again.
