No heart rate measurement and 0 active minutesSo I completed a treadmill workout and I synced my Versa only to find out that it hadn't measured my heart rate.

Hi, there is indeed a possibility that the other BT device (speaker), when it was nearby your Versa, interfered with you exercise. The Versa is very sensitive for that. So, make sure that all BT devices in the vicinity of your Versa are disabled or far out of reach before you start your exercise.
