Calories burned and active time not correct

I always do the elliptical for an hour and as of yesterday it is only showing I burned 53 calories ?? Also shows no active minutes

I was told to change my clock face from the bitmoji to a Fitbit clock and it is now also not showing heart rate and my sleep pattern . I also restarted my Fitbit and that didn’t help
