Calories burned changed significantly

I noticed this week that my daily calories burned each day has significantly dropped. This was confirmed today - I ran 10 miles today and it says I’ve only burned 2300 calories all day. There is no way. With the run plus my regular daily burn it should be significantly higher. Last week I averaged 2300 on a normal day!

This is often a result of a change in one of your core personal settings for age, weight, height etc as these directly affect the calorie calculations. It's worth giving them a quick check: https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile

I noticed this starting a few days ago. And then yesterday my heart rate tracker has stopped functioning out of nowhere. I assume this faulty heart rate monitor is to blame for low calorie burn counter. No clue how to fix this.
