Calories burnt not showing in workout summary

I recently switched from the charge 2 to the ionic. Since the swtich, I've been getting a -- sign where the calories burnt should show up on the workout summary. I've logged out of the app, restarted phone and logged back in and no luck. Using Android 8.1.

This is a known issue that's happening with the Ionic also @Abeer01

I believe it's happening only with the newer devices for some reason. I have the same issue.  More about it here:

@Abeer01 it's happening with my Versa as well. So @RL7 is right. It's OS issue.

No nothing and I've had mine since Aug with this problem
