Calories disappeared from Versa watch

Hi all. I checked my versa late this morning after a workout and it showed I had around 2000 calories burnt (this being the total from both exercise and non exercise). Now the number has gone down to about 1200. Any ideas on why 800 calories would just disappear?

@girlwander1982, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the calories burnt went down.

 

I would like to know if you logged exercises manually.

 

In the meantime, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Versa for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

 

As a side note, I'd like to share this help article, which explains how your device tracks calories.
