Calories during Treadmill walk way too high

My Versa Lite reports almost double the calories burned on one hour walks on treadmill. I input the treadmill data into my Noom app and get very similar calories burned (413 Treadmill, 420 Noom) during the workout, but the Versa Lite is nearly double every time. A little bit off I can understand, 7,419 steps with 737 calories burned in in 1:04.21 at a 18'17" pace with 45 mins @Cardio and 19 in fat burn on a treadmill is not possible as far as I have read.

My height and weight settings are correct. Restarted the watch. Uninstalled it, then installed again same thing.

What am I doing wrong?

Are you relying on auto-detection or using the Exercise App?

Look at the exercise log of the workout, graphs of heart rate and calorie burn/minute.  Does your heart rate look reasonable?  How about the calorie burn rate?  Are they fairly steady or big jumps up and down.  With all the data Fitbit gives you, you can do some detective work yourself.  Do you have any other types of workouts?  How do they compare?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Heart rate charts look normal to me. I have just started trying to exercise a little more. Seems like the calculation in the exercise treadmill walk is off. I will try just a walk today and see how it compares.
