Calories from workout not being logged properly on main dashboard

If I click into my exercise section it shows I burned 640 cals however on the main dashboard it is not showing this so overall it looks like I have consumed too many calories when In actual fact I am below for the day. Although I can see the calories I’ve burned it’s very annoying the main dashboard and stats are showing “incorrect”. I have tried shut downs, restarted my phone. Re-synced the Versa etc. Wondering if anyone can shed some light onto this issue please 😅 xxx

@Shauni Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your calories burned are not showing showing on your Dashboard properly, even though you've tried some troubleshooting steps before contacting our forums.

 

Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, please restart your Versa, if you haven't done so, as described in this help article. After this, try a new workout and see if the calories are synced completely and properly.
