Calories get increased one day after I checked them-Versa 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I checked my calories last night at 11.30 and they were at 1622 and this morning when I've gone back to look at yesterday's calories it now sits at 2218. My watch only adds on about 13 cals per 15 mins so how with half an hour left have I jumped so much?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Ellw90.

Thank you for the information provided.

This is not an expected behavior. I would recommend restarting your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these instructions.

In addition please make sure to sync your watch when monitoring your calories burned to get the most recent information.

Hope this helps.

This has already been done and no change

Thanks for your response and for the information provided @Ellw90.

In this case, I would recommend monitoring your calories burned tonight to see how it goes.

If you continue having the same problem, please provide us with information about your attached screen shots since it seems the calories burned decreased instead of getting increased as it was mentioned in your first post.

See you around.

It's doing the same thing every day. The calories didn't decrease they increased like I said in my original post. The 1622 screenshot was recorded on Sunday night at 11.30pm. The 2218 was recorded Monday morning at 8.30am. both pictures show exactly the same graph but state different calories

When I also go into the app and enlarge the calories burnt for this day the calories has  the higher amount in the outside then clicking the arrows in the top corner to enlarge shows the lower calories. I've just checked and all days are different
