@Stonewilde Are these numbers the end of day total or intermediate mid day numbers? What do you have set as the calorie deficit?

I believe my deficit is 1000. It was end of day. I had a plus of 100
calories in calories for the day left. I just don't understand how was 900
over when I only ate 1200 and burned a 1000.

At the end of the day the app says you ate 200 more calories than you expended. It also says you are 900 calories over your target. That means that it expected you to burn 900 more calories to meet a target of 700 calorie deficit.

So today my app said no calories burned. (Over 15,000) steps. So I cleared
my cache and force stopped. Ot then changed to in the green with 55
calories left and yesterday instead of 900 calories over it was only 90
which makes much more sense 😅
