Hi for the last 3 days I've had an issue where I am logging my food and not only is it not adding up correctly but when I close the app and go back into it the items I've logged have disappeared. This is very frustrating as I am on a strict Calories In and Calories Out regime as need to lose weight. Not had this issue before (although I've had plenty of other issues with Fitbit's app) I'm losing faith in the app and if I could afford it I would look at alternative trackers but have to stick with this at if cost over £200. Please help!

I am having a similar issue, I fortunately am not losing the data but one part of the app works and the other is not….looking for the cause and solution here??

I'm having trouble too! For most of june. Contacted Fitbit, still no resolution. Use this function the most and weight loss is a goal as well. Makes it harder to monitor VERY FRUSTRATED

same here my Versa 3 motivates me to lose weight and I know i'm using it as a crutch but if it's not working properly it knocks my motivation. I've not had any responses from Fitbit either which is also really frustrating.
