Calories not calculating in app

For the past 2 weeks my app/versa 2 is not calculating the calories burned whist exercising.

Eg: say I do a 40min walk which usually burns around 250cal. The exact same walks now show 33cal burned.

I have done everything! Deleted, reloaded, etc etc. I thought the update would help but nope. I contacted support who were also no help.

is anyone else having the same issue and fixed it?
