Calories not recording on app

When I select an exercise ie workout or weights the calories burned just shows as a straight line in the app however if I click in to the exercise the calories are displayed. Anyone else having this issue?

I'm not sure but I think this may be the same problem as a known error that fitbit are looking at. Have a look at this thread to see if it's the same and to see the latest updates from fitbit:

This had been an issue since the Versa first came out.. you would think it was an easy fix but somehow they still havent gotten it taken care of. You are not the only one experiencing this. 

However, if you log in through safari the dashboard on the website shows everything correctly, its only glitched like that through the app.

hopefully they’ll get it fixed in the next update , bc im really sick of seeing my “pace” when I do weight training.

Thanks for your help it is so frustrating. I had the HR before and never has this issue
