Calories and hourly steps stopped logging after 10am this morning

Hello @Dvito, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums. 

 

Thank you for sharing this information about your steps and calories that are not being logged. Just to confirm, you mean this information is no being synced to your Fitbit app, correct? 

 

In the meantime, please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems and make sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app.  

 

If you haven't done so already, check if the Fitbit app is updated to he latest version available as well. 

 

Keep me posted on the outcome.
