Calories seem too high for exercises

Hi! Does anyone find the amount of calories Fitbit say you've burnt a bit high?

Did a 3 hour walk yesterday morning - it wasn't leisurely by any means, the incline changed a lot and was a hot day, but not the hardest or fastest ever either and 1238 calories seems high to me?

In contrast my Samsung Health app says I have burnt 1022 cals for the whole day's activities (I did another substantial walk later on in the day and finished on 25k plus steps in total for the whole day - only 16k were done in this first initial walk screenshotted)

For more comparison, in the afternoon I did a 1hr 15 minute walk - my Fitibit said I burnt 514 cals but my Google Fit app said 355 cals.

This doesn't seem right to me - I only got my Versa 2 on Thursday and seeing calories burned was very appealing - I feel now I should have paid for a lesser model that just counted steps as the calories don't seem active at all.

FYI - steps and distance seem accurate, just the calories that seem off.
