Is there any way of adding songs to an already existing playlist, without completely deleting it then reinstalling with the added music?

A warm welcome to the Community @Featfan542.
Regarding your inquiry, yes, you can download new music to an existing playlist. For more information, check the help article How do I listen to music and podcasts on my Fitbit watch?.
Let me know if you need anything else.

I have the same question.
I already created a playlist and transferred music to my versa. I tried adding 2 new songs to this existing playlist. When I do that, it erases the entire playlist from my versa and i am forced to retransfer the entire playlist, instead of just uploading these 2 new songs.
Is there a way to add songs to the existing playlist, without having to retransfer the entire playlist? i.e. is it possible to keep adding to a playlist? or do you recommend creating new playlists for new song additions. Please advise.

Yes, you can! 🙂
I know this question is a bit older and you probably figured it out by now, but I just ran into the same problem and was pretty annoyed until I found the solution:
1. Klick on your existing playlist
2. Drag & drop your 2 new music files into the existing list (it will say that it found your 2 new songs)
3. Click on the "refresh symbol" in the upper left like in the screenshot
Now it will only transfer these 2 new songs.
Enjoy! 🙂

Okay, apparently, I can't upload images, but basically, over your list of playlists it should say "Playlists" with the typical refresh symbol/icon right next to it. Click it.

I'm having the same issue, when I go and add a new song to an existing playlist I get the red circle with the slash through it that says it's a no go.

I'm still having difficulty with this. I want to add three or four new songs to my Versa playlist but I do not want to have to reload the entire 177 songs again. How do I add just a few songs? I'm using a MacBook pro laptop with iTunes.
