I go running in the morning at around 5 am and my parents get worried I might get lost and want to use my Fitbit Versa in some way. Is there any way that from miles away they can track my location of my fitbit?

I go walking in the morning and my husband want to keep track on me when I’m walking around 6 are 6:30
