Can I connect my Versa 2 to other heart rate monitor?

Hi,

I was wondering if there's a possibility to connect my Versa 2 either to the Polar H10 or the Verity Sense (or any other heart rate monitor). 
Unfortunately I don't get reliable heart rate data on my watch (riding my bike for two hours at 20km/h = average 80bpm just cannot be right). I've gotten a new Versa 2 from Fitbit Support but it still does not work. I've tried both handwrists and varied the hight worn. Also other sports like dancing, tennis and lifting weights don't show reliable heart rate date. When running it seems to work though.

Any adwise? Thanks 🙂

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2 before contacting us.

 

Currently, there is no option to connect Fitbit products to Polar nor to any other heart rate monitor and our team doesn’t have plans to release this feature. If there is any change it would be communicated in this Feature Suggestion.

Hi Edson,

 

I have followed those tips weeks ago and recently contacted Fitbit support. That's how I got a new Versa 2. But I'm having the same problem with the new one as well. Seems as if it's not a tech issue but something those watches  just cannot track correctly at all.
