I had a versa 2 about a year ago and really liked it, but it was burning me so I returned it. I wanted to give it another try, and am having the same issue, less than a week after purchasing this one. The redness is coming from right where the charging pins are. Can I cover those with clear wrap and tape?? Obviously not enough to obstruct the sensors, but just enough to put a barrier between that and my skin. Has anyone tried this? Thanks I’m advance.
