Since obviously there are so many problems with the Versa, can we exchange it for a different watch??? This was a huge expense for us and im beyond disappointed with this product.

So basically, the solution is to restart both the fitbit and phone as well as uninstall then reinstall the app every morning? That's literally the most inconvenient thing ever. If this doesn't get sorted out I will never be buying another Fitbit product again. This is absurd.
