I was shopping around for the Fitbit Versa and found it unfortunate that the gold casing is not sold with any neutral color bands. Is there a way to contact fitbit and get a different variation of the product? I am looking to get the Charcoal Woven Limited Edition band with the gold casing. Has anybody noticed any customization options that I may have missed?

hey, hannah - a similar question has been asked a few topics ago, sadly it would mean for them a whole different way of packaging the fitbits. seeing the situation right now it seems that's not so easy. special edition fitbits (the lavender and charcoal ones) come with a free black band included, otherwise you have to buy them. there's quite a few on amazon though!
