I think the answer is obvious, but I at least thought I would ask: my Fitbit Versa does not say "Fitbit Pay" on the bottom of it. I assume this means there is no way I can use Wallet with my current version of Versa? Do I need to buy a new version of the Versa to use this feature?
Thanks!

@BennyT Fitbit Pay is supported in many countries all over the world. You can see the full list of supported financial institutions here. To be able to use this feature, your tracker has to have NFC chip. Only Versa SE (Special Edition) in North America has it (in the EU all Versa's have NFC chip). So, if your Versa is not SE and was bought in North America, you will not be able to pay or even see the Wallet tile in your Fitbit mobile app.
ETA: As per the update you have just performed - firmware 3.0 is being rolled out. That's what you probably got as you live in the US. You can read about this exciting version here. It will not bring you Fitbit Pay though if you do not own Versa SE.

Hi, before getting you through the steps to add the Wallet to your Firbit app, just one important question: where do you live, cause the Fitbit Pay system only works, untill now, in the USA and with some banks in the UK.

Hi, what do you see when you press the Versa icon on your dashboard? It brings you to the page where also the Clock Faces, Apps, etc are displayed. Do you see underneath the Apps, the Wallet? If not, press Apps and see it the Wallet is in the Fitbit apps list. If not, press all apps, type in the searching bar Wallet and it appears on top of the screen. Choose it and install it. Hope this helps, good luck!
One point of importance: whenever you get the Wallet on your Fitbit app and you press it, it will need a pincode or a fingerpress to be able to use it and than serves as a display lock. Disadvantage of this is that, after you've done that, everytime your watch switches on, you have to enter this code or with your finger, which personally I find very annoying. Hope this will be solved in the new update.

Hi, that's your main problem, e,g, updating your Versa to the newest update. Did you get a message form your Fitbit app that there is a new update avalaible? If not, there is not a new update. Do not know what you DL'ed but certainly not the newest update.

Try to reboot your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons untill you see the Fitbit logo and then release the buttons.
BTW, which phone do you use, Apple or Android?

@BennyT that's correct - it means you have the version without the nfc chip. Then the wallet is not available. Versa SE comes preinstalled with wallet on the Versa anyway. Not sure how one can tell from anything else that you have a Versa standard or Versa SE!
@SunsetRunner Fitbit pay is available in many countries outside the US, certainly in Europe. It is great...

@lenny4d In North America, SE has an inscription near the sensor that says Fitbit Pay. In Europe, all Versas have NFC chip.
