I have a 6 and mother has 3 I need to keep both monitors for our health. I cannot find the family portal to load both so I can check hers without changing.the system for the watches

Hello @Ssherra1 and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry, but there is no family portal that can do what you are asking.  You can only have one copy of the Fitbit app on your phone/tablet.  When there are two users, one must log out of the Fitbit app so the other can log in.  Repeat as needed.

The Family option is used for checking on a child's account.  An adult can't monitor another adult's account in the Family.
