Can I have two Fitbit devices on the same account?

I want to add Versa lite to my account but only gives me the option to switch. I want to keep both on how do I do this ?  I have tried taking my versa off but I keep getting the message (an unknown error occurred)

Sorry, but cannot have 2 fitbits on same account.

So about taking your Versa off, were you trying to remove it to live with just the Versa Lite, because that seems to contradict what you said you wanted first?

Hi there, @Floppsie. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about.

As @JohnnyRow has mentioned, you can't connect multiple devices that use an app gallery to one account. For Fitbit Charge series, Fitbit Ionic, Fitbit Inspire series, Fitbit Luxe, Fitbit Sense series, Fitbit Versa series, and Google Pixel Watch, only connect one of these devices to your account at a time. For more information, see Can I use more than one Fitbit device with the same account?

Hope that helps.

I tried to add the Versa 2 and the Versa 3 on to the same account and it won't let me but it will let me put a charge too on there with any of the two versa models and I can do that but it won't let me put my two versas. Good luck.

There are still a few of the older devices, apparently including the Charge 2, around, that are able to coexist with the current devices.  The official Fitbit differential is if they include the "app gallery", whatever that is.
