Can I have two Versa 3 devices set up on one mobile device?

I was setting up an account for my mother's Versa 3; wanting to track steps, etc. because she has dementia. My app shows most of my daily activities, but now treats me as a new user (ie you cannot view sleep score because you have not worn fitbit overnight.) How do I switch back & forth between the two accounts AND how can I differentiate the two accounts? Thank you in advance. :sun_with_face:

Hi there, @PDC_RN4u. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.

As @JohnnyRow has mentioned, you can use the same mobile device to sync both Fitbit devices but you'll need to have a separate account for each. Which means you'll have to log out from your Fitbit account every time your mother wants to sync her Fitbit and vice versa. If you haven't done so yet, please see Can I use more than one Fitbit device with the same account?

Each user needs a separate Fitbit account with different emails.  To keep them both on same phone, you need to keep logging out of one Fitbit account, then log back in with the other email and password.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
