I'm not using my Versa Lite right now. Can I let the battery charge run down to zero without causing damage to the fitbit? I can't seem to get any help from customer support.

Regarding the question you had about the battery charge, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
