Hey,

 

Do I need to buy the Fitbit Flyer with Fitbit Versa, or I can hear the sounds ( music.. etc) without them?

You will need a bluetooth headset to hear music from the unit.  It does not have to be a Flyer.  I use a relatively inexpensive one from Amazon on my Ionic with no issues at all.  https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B015IEW1AY/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Regarding your inquiry, no, you don't need to buy the Flyer with your Versa, since as our friend mentioned you can pair any Bluetooth headphone to your watch. You can find more information about this in the help article How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch?.
