Can I personalize an alarm on Versa 2?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello! I just got my first FitBit, the Versa 2. I was hoping someone could tell me if I could sync (from iPhone Clock app)  or add an app in which I could personalize the alarm. For example, I want to add a description to the alarm so I know what it is for, such as 11:15 pick up dog at vet. I want a more specific reminder than just for my phone to vibrate at 11:15. That doesn't help me if I don't remember what the alarm was initially entered for!

Any help is appreciated!

Thank you!

Sorry, but I don't think there is any way to do that.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I don't think you are talking about alarms but more reminders in your scenario.

If you set a calendar reminder on your phone (e.g Google Calendar) and have notifications active for such application, you will get a notification on your Versa at the time chosen.

@mishibish you might also want to vote for the feature suggestion to let us add labels to alarms:

Note though, fitbit's comment that they don't currently have plans to make this change. The more votes it gets the more likely they are to change their mind.

Use Alexa!

Make sure Alexa is set up on the Versa, download the app on your phone and go to the reminders section.

You can set a labeled reminder, to repeat as many times as you want each day - and you can set Alexa to "Announce from: Fitbit" only, instead of also announcing the reminder on your phone and alexa speaker, to keep some privacy.

Hope that helps!
